  A couple of years ago, I bought hearing aids from Samuel, for an elderly relative who is in full time care… He provided expert advice and great customer service However, what has really stood out is after sales support. Whenever there has been a problem (invariably because the hearing aids have been misused or damaged) it’s always dealt with quickly, including visits to the Care Home on a number of occasions. Can’t recommend highly enough

  Samuel was really responsive and helpful when I emailed about getting custom-fit earplugs. Recommended a website, order placed and impressions taken next day. All via email which is so helpful when working during the day. Would definitely recommend to others.

  My mum got her new hearing aids and cried she hadn’t hear in her left ear for decades, can hear us talking with our backs to her which wasn’t possible for years.. life changing for sure thank you

  Sam has been excellent with fitting both my elderly parents with their hearing aids. The hearing aids are very advanced and have made a massive difference to their quality of life. Sam is always available to answer questions and has always been kind and understanding with my father with his continued hearing aid care.

  Excellent Service. Rang Samuel Lewis Hearing Aids for an urgent ear wax removal appointment, was fitted in within 24 hours. Back to full hearing within 3 mins of the treatment... Amazing!!!
